It was quite a successful feeling to reach the settlement table after almost 3 years of meetings and negotiations with both my neighbors and the Township personnel and you deserve the main kudos for acting as the consummate professional during the entire process! We were always the "odd duck" because it is very unusual that a selling group would approach the Township as one entity, but this was the very strength that we each needed to have this transaction occur and you were the glue that kept us all in step and progressing forward to a successful conclusion.
